A piece and the whole

I am passionate about community building.  This passion says pretty much who I am .  My passion is fueled by the beauty and uniqueness of each person I encounter.  It is like finding a piece of a jigsaw puzzle I was looking for.  One piece by one piece, one person by one person, the picture I see grow bigger and bigger.  Each piece, each person presents a perfect and unique shape, color and design.  But connecting it to the rest reveals more beauty.
